our mission
Provide an opportunity for EVERYBODY to experience the power of movement paired with camaraderie
Our Story
Under the Bridge started in 2021 in downtown Winona, Mn. At the time due to the pandemic, the community had very few opportunities for gathering, socializing, or exercising together. Through conversations, we learned that a tremendous number of adults were struggling with their mental health as a result of isolation and a sedentary lifestyle. We felt a call to action. Knowing that any form of exercise can have a great impact on mental health, we knew group exercise is what we needed to bring to the community. We started as a small group that met once a week, and quickly grew to be the biggest 18+ dance class in Winona. Now members can choose between the beginner level or advance level class each week.
